Mastering Automotive SPICE® 4.0 : Foundations and Deep Dive

Description

This training provides a structured introduction and in-depth understanding of Automotive SPICE® 4.0. The course combines a foundational module with an advanced deep dive, covering both the essential concepts of the framework and its practical application in automotive development. Participants will learn how ASPICE supports structured, traceable, and predictable engineering processes in increasingly complex, software-driven vehicle systems. The duration and contents are flexible, ranging from 1 to 2 days, according to the requests of the customer.

Course Content

The course is designed to include both the foundations of the ASPICE framework but also to include a deep dive with a detailed analysis on, for example, VDA processes, capability levels and assessment logic. All aspects include practical examples and application scenarios in order to allow the users to have a clear understanding of the concepts explained.

This course is suitable for Systems Engineering professionals, business, software engineers, designers, and other professionals involved in the design and development of complex systems. It is designed for those who wish to acquire new skills, or simply gain a deeper understanding of ASPICE from an high-level perspective.

Prerequisites

Since this is a basic introductory course in ASPICE, no prior expertise is required. However, a background in at least one of the processes allows for a more immediate understanding of the context.

This course is based on Automotive SPICE® 4.0 (PRM & PAM), aligned with ISO/IEC 15504 / 33000 series and reflects industry best practices and integration with key automotive standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity).
