Polarion Basic training

Description

The Polarion Basic Course offered by ONE-SYS ACADEMY is designed as an introduction to the Polarion software suite, focusing on the fundamentals of the suite through 1.5 days of practical training. The course also includes a final review part of the concepts learnt through a short individual review. This course is supplemented and detailed by subsequent role-specific courses.

Course Content

During the course, participants will cover the following topics:

1. Introduction to the Polarion ALM suite.

2. Overview of the main features of Polarion and the Portal.

3. Creation of work items (requirements, test cases etc.) and their traceability.

4. Creation of documents and introduction of the Wiki concept.

5. Import and export of documents and work items.

6. Practical tips for the effective use of Polarion and joint troubleshooting.

Audience

The Polarion Basic Course is intended for professionals and teams who wish to acquire basic knowledge and fundamental skills in systems lifecycle management using the Siemens Polarion ALM Suite. It is suitable both for beginners who only want an overview and for those who wish to deepen their knowledge in a specific area of the Suite.
