Description
The Polarion Role-oriented training for requirements management offered by ONE-SYS ACADEMY is designed as an in-depth study of the Polarion suite, specifically for requirements management. Focusing on the possibilities offered by the suite with regard to the creation and management of requirements, the course consists of 1.5 days of practical training, with a final review part of the concepts learnt by means of a short individual review. This course is complemented by other role-based training.
Course Content
During the course, participants will cover the following topics:
1. Brief introduction to the Polarion ALM suite.
2. Creation of work items (requirements) and their traceability.
3. Creation of links between requirements and with other work items
4. Creation of documents (requirement specifications) and their modification.
5. Importing and exporting documents and work items.
6. Change management.
7. Practical tips for effective use of Polarion and joint troubleshooting.
Audience
The Polarion role-oriented training for requirement management course is intended for professionals and teams (systems engineers, requirement managers, etc.) who wish to acquire fundamental skills in requirements management in systems development using the Siemens Polarion ALM suite. It is suitable for beginners who wish to obtain an in-depth overview of the potential of the tool applied to their work.

Prerequisites
No specific technical skills are required to participate in this course. However, it is advisable to have a good knowledge of requirements management in the development of complex systems and to have recommended the ''Basic Training'' course in order to have mastered the basic concepts of Polarion.
