SysML Model User Course
Get the official OMG certification to interpret SysML models and work in MBSE teams

Become an OMG Certified SysML Model User
ONE-SYS' SysML Model User course prepares you for the OMG certification exam, the first step to working effectively in teams that adopt the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach. You will learn to interpret SysML models that describe the behavior, structure, and requirements of a complex system.
What you will learn
The SysML Model User course will provide you with the fundamental skills to read and interpret a SysML model, even in complex business contexts. It is designed to train figures who can contribute effectively within a systems engineering team that uses the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach. At the end of the course, you will be able to understand and analyze the different types of diagrams provided by the SysML standard, with a focus on the information that a user must be able to extract from an existing model.
Interpreting SysML models at the user level
You will learn to read the main SysML diagrams and understand their logic, gaining the skills needed to move within an existing model and contribute to system analysis.
Getting familiar with OMG standards for engineering
During the course you will learn about the OMG standard on which SysML is based, understanding terminology, modeling rules, and the purpose of the model-based approach to systems engineering.
Read cross-cutting constructs as parametric diagrams
You will learn how to interpret cross-cutting constructs that relate different views of the model, including parametric diagrams and allocations, which are fundamental to grasping the numerical and functional logic of the system.
Understand behavior, structure and requirements diagrams
You will practice reading the main SysML diagrams related to behavior, structure, and requirements, developing the ability to follow the functional evolution of the system and evaluate its design consistency.
